Dosen't look like much from the picture but this really is the best extension i have ever used and my wife would agree!! I'm not small but my wife likes to feel stretched and fully so this is perfect!! She loves the dots around it and loves having those extra few inches in her. For me it feels really comfortable and keeps me rock hard for so much longer. Both full satisfied!!!
