Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email confirmation when we have dispatched your order, contained within this email will be a Royal Mail Tracking number, which on clicked will automatically take you to the Royal Mail website and give you the status of your order.
If Royal Mail tracking says "Come Back Later" it means that your order is currently in the Royal Mail delivery system and is somewhere in the UK, if the system shows this for more that 14 working days from when your order was dispatched, it could mean that your order has been lost in the post, in that case please contact us stating your order number.

For security, standard delivery UK parcels are sent by First Class Recorded Post.
If you are out when the postman calls, don't panic! Royal Mail will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order or how to arrange for re-delivery at a time convenient for you.

UK Standard Delivery orders ares sent by First Class recorded Post.
Orders placed before 4.00pm UK time Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 4.00pm UK time are dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed at the weekend and Bank Holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Most Standard Delivery orders arrive the next day after despatch, although occasionally orders can take longer to arrive.
What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?
If your UK delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us, we will be able to provide you with a Royal Mail tracking number to locate your parcel.
